Getting started

Welcome to BuiltQuery

BuiltQuery turns construction documents into structured data you can trust. Upload a cost plan, area schedule or project brief, and it extracts the figures and facts into fields you can check, correct and use.

The part that matters: every extracted value is linked back to where it came from in the document. You can select a figure and see the page and the exact region it was read from, so checking a number takes seconds rather than a hunt through a PDF.

Run a template over a document and get structured fields back, each one traceable to its source.

Enrich

Fill the gaps a document leaves from your own reference data — always as a suggestion you approve.

Ask

Put questions to one document or several at once, and compare what they say.

A typical run

Nothing is committed until you do.

Your edits save as you make them — there is no Save button to forget. Approving is the separate, deliberate step that says the data is right.
